Our High definition only works if you have televisions supports High Definition. If you do not have HD then you will still be able to view your program in Standard format.

 

The Box offers High Definition, However; if the stations or program is not providing Hi Def or your TV does not support Hi Def, then there will be no Hi Definition.

NOTE:

It is better to use the Ethernet cable than wifi. You will have less buffering and lost connection unless your modem is in the next room, not upstairs or in the basement. Direct connection is always the best way to have better service.
