Refund Policy - Here at Eagle's Claw service provider we offer a 24HR trial upon request. This will give you the option to test before purchase. There will be no Refunds.
By purchasing Services through this site, or with an employee of Eagles Claw. When you purchase you are agreeing to these terms and entering into a contract with Eagles Claw IPTV.
Return, Refund and Cancellation policy: Eagles Claw IPTV Does NOT offer refunds on Digital Products/Services once activated and delivered. That is why you can ask us for a free trial before you make a purchase.
Before you purchase make sure your internet provider is giving you at lease 75mbps or greater. If you have less than 75 mbps (Mega Bytes per Second) then your system may be able to run with little to no buffering. Buffering is normally caused by low mbps and should be corrected.
If your circumstances dictates that your situation is special then submit your request in writing to: pushing1@gmail.com. If no refund is awarded and you still do not want the service, Your account will be revoked and you will have no access to the Service.
Note: We will refund completely only purchases which have been done in less than 2-days. All other refund requests (if the purchase was made more than 2 days before the refund request) will be returned partially according to the used period of the subscription. Our support team will contact users in all refund cases.
Note: Any refund awarded a setup fee will be charged and subtracted from your refund.
Note: Refunds usually take 10 Business days providing the buyer has not use the service more than 5 days. Refunds after 5 days has to be very special
Note: If services have been used for more than 5 days Then those refunds will not be valid.
Suggestions: We strongly recommend that each person take advantage of the free trial before purchase. This will allow you to view the service and to view your system for speed that could cause buffering.
